Tuesday-Math Test; Gym Class; Technology Class; Minecraft Club (3:30); Barnes and Noble Night (6:00-8:00)
Wednesday-Spring Portraits; Art Class
Friday-Music Class; Religion Test
*Snacks will continue to be sold during lunchtime, starting at $.50, to support Catholic Charities.
*As of tomorrow, April 18th, students can wear their spring uniforms. Due to weather fluctuation, each child can still wear items of their winter uniforms as well.
*St. Ignatius School's Barnes and Noble Night will be taking place on Tuesday, April 19th from 6:00pm-8:00pm. This is the Barnes and Noble in Langhorne, by the Oxford Valley Mall. Come out for a night of reading, to meet author Lauren Magaziner and much more!
*Spring Pictures will be taken on Wednesday, April 20th. Students are allowed to wear dressy clothes if they wish.
*If you are interested, our April deadline for Scholastic books will be on Friday, April 22nd. Don't forget about the coupon your child had received, entitling them to a free book!
*Please say a prayer for those who will be celebrating their First Communion and Confirmation.
*Just as a reminder, there will be no school for all Pre-K classes, Kindergarten and First Grades on Wednesday, April 27th. The teachers will be going to a professional development, lasting the entire day. This is still a regular school day for grades 2-8, however.
*Our class will be hosting First Friday Mass on Friday, May 6th, for anybody who may be interested in seeing it. I am still working on it, but expect the assignments to be sent home as we decide who will be doing what. Know that there is a chance that not everybody will be getting a job.
*Our class has started learning their new song for the Spring Concert in music class! The Spring Concert will be taking place on Monday, May 16th at 7:00pm. The concert will have a patriotic theme, so every student in first grade is expected to wear a plain red, white or blue shirt (no designs), jeans and sneakers.
*Thank you so much to those who donated tissue boxes! It is greatly appreciated!
Thank You and God Bless You,
