Dear 5th Grade Families,
I want to thank everyone who made today a great day of prayer, service, ELA, and celebration. Thank you to Mrs. Antonelli, Mrs. Badman, Mrs. LaMorte, and Mrs. Watkins for everything that you did to make for a fun Christmas party along with those who sent in food and drinks.
We watched The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe this morning, and we will be comparing and contrasting with the book when we come back to school in January. We also assembled 60 breakfast bags for Aid for Friends, so thank you all for your contributions. The fifth graders were very cooperative and helpful with all of our activities today, and I am very grateful for this class. Please visit the 5th grade page of the school website for pictures from today.
I wish you all a very, merry Christmas! Whether you are remaining at home or traveling, I hope that you all have an enjoyable holiday and will pray for you all especially at Mass on Christmas Day. I will be traveling to Albuquerque tomorrow to spend time with my parents, brother, and sisters, but I will return in time for school on Monday, January 4th.
