Dear 6th Grade Parents,
Over the years, it has been tradition that the 6th grade parents help out on the night of the rehearsal and the night of the show so that the 7th and 8th grade parents can enjoy the show from the audience. Therefore, I am reaching out to ask for your help in assisting both of those nights.
I have attached a signup genius with various opportunities to help. On the night of the rehearsal, Thursday, April 6th from 6:00 to 9:00, we need two chaperones to assist the kids backstage.
On the night of the show on Friday, April 7th, your help is needed:
6:00pm to collect tickets at the door (2 people)
6:40pm to help with chaperoning backstage (2 people)
9:00pm help with setting up snack area in the back of the auditorium (We do not sell snacks....it is a reception following the play for all in attendance. The 7th and 8th grade parents provide the food.)

Your assistance for this year's show is very much appreciated. Please also encourage your children to attend the play. It is one of the most rewarding events my own kids have taken part in while at this school and I hope your children are looking forward to next year, the 35th year of the play at St. Ignatius.
Any questions, please feel free to email me directly.
