The trip is quickly approaching and I need to know what is your dinner choice ASAP so the tour guide can notify Bubba Gump's. Please look at the options and send me your choices for both student and parent.
Mrs Wheeler is no longer able to attend the trip. Talia will be traveling with Mrs. Alexander and Meghan. Mrs Muldowny will be responsible for James and Trevor. Mrs. Fischer for Adam and Kyle, Mrs. Burns (Ryan) for Ryan and Chris, Mrs. Wheeler is requesting Mrs. Sullivan for Bridget but this has not been confirmed.
The students Do Not need to wear their uniforms and can dress casual but appropriate, this means no tee shirts with inappropriate messages, NO SHORT SHORTS, no spaghetti straps unless under a jacket, they can wear sneakers we will be doing a lot of walking, etc. They can bring electronic devices but the school is not responsible for loss. I am not responsible for loss of devices as well. The students can bring a back pack but they are responsible to carry it most of the day as the bus will not be with us at all times. You can bring a cooler but again it may not be available to you all day. The bus will drop us off at points and then pick us up later.
The cost will be paid through Option C and is $155 for parent and student as well. This cost includes a tip for the tour guide and bus driver. Agenda is listed below. We leave at 7AM so please be here on time.
The parents who have requested to go and have their clearances in place are the following: Mrs. Alexander, Mrs. Antonelli, Mrs. Baker, Mrs. Burns(Ryan), Mr. Burns (Tom), Mrs. Connor, Mr. Ferris, Mr. or Mrs. Fiduccia, Mrs. Fischer, Mrs. Glunz, Mrs. Goldner, Mr. or Mrs. Iannacone, Mrs. LaMorte, Mrs. McCarthy, Mrs. McCoy, Mrs.Muldowny, Mrs. Nash, Mr. or Mrs. O'Reilly, Mrs. Phinn, Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Sullivan. These parent have all be checked with the rectory, if for some reason the other parent has to come they also have to be approved in order to go on the trip. Each parent is responsible for their own child.
The room Mother's can bring snacks along for the trip, but please bring items that will be easily handled on a moving bus. It can be windy on the boat so a jacket is suggested.

9:00AM - Arrive at Liberty State Park for ferry to Statue of Liberty
12:30PM - Take ferry to Battery Park, NYC & board our motorcoach
1:30PM - Visit St. Patrick's Cathedral
2:30PM - Top of the Rock
4:00PM - Visit Madame Tussaud's Times Square
5:30PM - Dinner at Bubba Gump's Times Square
8:00PM - Arrival back
