Effective Teaching Tools
Interactive learning using a SMART® board, for both math and religion, helps students grasp concepts more quickly and encourages individual participation.
Visual, hands-on, and concrete 'manipulatives' are used to clarify math concepts, while weekly Gospel readings help students prepare for the upcoming Sunday Mass.
The fifth graders learn from one another. Students participate willingly and know their contributions are always welcome. The effort of trying is a greater priority than getting it right the first time. |
