Thank you to the Yardley-Makefield Fire Department for coming out to St.Ignatius and teaching us more about fire safety. Kindergarten now knows the signs of a fire and that we need to "Get Out and Stay Out" so that we are safe from fires.
It was a DELICIOUS DAY in Kindergarten! We started our day off by attending mass in honor of the Feast of St. Ignatius of Antioch today. After mass we were surprised by Father Brownholtz who gave us a doughnut treat for snack. Later, the students also enjoyed their pizza and icee lunch that raised funds and awareness for Puerto Rico.
A very busy and fun-filled week in kindergarten! We wrapped up our Creation lesson, made Rosaries, and prayed with our 5th grade prayer partners for the first time. We began Topic 3 in Math with a partner game to introduce our upcoming lesson and used our iPads for the first time as well!
Our first two Star Students did a wonderful job presenting their All About Me posters to the class Andrew Brzezinski and Gabriella Codispoti.
Congratulations to our first two Disciples of the Month for the month of September with the virtue of Faith: Annie Nedl and Malcolm Czyz.
