A recent graduate of Saint Ignatius School began attending Holy Ghost Prep in the fall. During the first weeks of English class, the students were asked to name the parts of a sentence. Out of the 21 students in the class, only one, the Saint Ignatius graduate, was able to correctly identify the parts of the sentence!
This story was later relayed to Monsignor Shoemaker who was asking the student how classes were going. Thanks to teachers at Saint Ignatius School, this student was fully prepared to actively participate and embrace the challenges of an accredited school, such as Holy Ghost Preparatory School.
